RSS HD Shower Pan (Standard Sizes)
Product Description
RSS HD Shower Pans are constructed from high-density foam. They are available in 5 (five) standard sizes. All standard-sized RSS HD Shower Pans feature a minimum of a ¼” per foot slope toward the drain located in the center of the pan. These pans are designed to be used with the RSS by FloFx Universal Drain Bonding Flange and feature a relief for the drain flange for a seamless installation of the drain assembly.
The sloped (top) surface of the RSS HD Shower Pan comes with a bond-promoting primer already applied to ensure a strong bond, giving you peace of mind throughout the installation and long after. The RSS HD Shower Pan does not have any variance in thickness along the outside edge of the pan so there will be no scribe work required where the wall tile meets the pan. This allows for an altogether easier installation for the shower as a whole. All RSS HD Shower Pans require that Waterproofing be applied to the top surface. RSS Waterproofing Membrane is ideal for this and integrates easily with RSS Waterproofing Membrane on walls or other surfaces.

RSS HD Custom Shower Pans are constructed from high-density foam. We offer nearly full customization allowing contractors and DIY-ERS the ability to drastically save on time, labor and headache. RSS HD Custom Shower Pans feature a minimum of a ¼” per foot slope toward the drain regardless of drain placement on the pan. These pans are designed to be used with the RSS by FloFx Universal Drain Bonding Flange and feature a relief for the drain flange for a seamless installation of the drain assembly. The sloped (top) surface of the RSS HD Custom Shower Pan comes with a bond-promoting primer already applied to ensure a strong bond, giving you peace of mind throughout the installation and long after. The RSS HD Custom Shower Pan can often be designed to not have any variance in thickness along the outside edge of the pan. RSS HD Custom Shower Pans can be created to meet nearly any need or design feature you can imagine. This includes, but is definitely not limited to the following:
- Pans with off-center drains
- Pans with linear/channel drains
- Pans with a required thickness that is either more or less than the 1½” of the standard pans. (particularly helpful for curbless, zero entry, or recessed showers)
- Pans with one or more 45° or 135° corners of any size
- Pans that are smaller or larger than the standard available sizes
- Pans that are “L” shaped or even “U” shaped
- Pans that have an integrated dry-off area or landing area
- Pans that have elevated dry-off or landing areas
- Any pan with an irregular
- Oversized wet
- Applications where multiple drains or multiple entries are required
- Pans that must be designed around obstacles; such as toilet flanges, tubs inside the wet area, existing or desired benches, and pony

Products Description
The RSS Tile Ready Curb is constructed from the same high-density foam as our pans. The RSS TRC comes out of the box ready for tile thanks to a precision-fit single piece of RSS Waterproofing membrane
pre-applied to the surface of the curb. This makes it ideal for quick and easy installation and smooth integration with other RSS waterproofing products like our RSS Waterproofing Membrane and RSS Prefabricated Corners.
We do offer the ability to customize RSS Tile Ready Curbs to user specifications to meet your needs! This includes longer or shorter curbs or lower profile curbs if needed for your application. Pricing may vary.

RSS HD Tile Ready Bench (Custom)
Product Description
The RSS Tile Ready Bench is constructed from a single piece of the same high-density foam as our pans. They feature a functional design with a pre-sloped top, ensuring water always runs back into the wet area preventing pooling anywhere on the bench. The RSS Tile Ready Bench comes out of the box ready for tile thanks to a precision-fit single piece of RSS Waterproofing membrane pre-applied to the faces that will be facing the wet area. This makes it ideal for quick and easy installation and smooth integration with other RSS waterproofing products like our RSS Waterproofing Membrane and RSS Prefabricated Corners.
We offer the ability to customize RSS Tile Ready benches to meet most user specifications including corner benches. Pricing varies on all custom products.

RSS Waterproofing Membrane
Product Description
RSS Waterproof Membrane is a polyethylene waterproofing membrane with spun polypropylene anchor webbing on both sides to anchor the membrane into the mortar. It is primarily used to create a vapor and waterproof barrier to protect the integrity of building structures from moisture, mold, and decay, and is generally used for tiled surfaces of showers, steam rooms, and wet rooms. Tiles can be installed directly onto RSS waterproof fabric membrane using a layer of modified or unmodified mortar.

RSS Waterproof Seam Banding
Product Description
Made in the USA. RSS Waterproof Seam Banding is made from the same polyethylene waterproofing material as our membrane with spun polypropylene anchor webbing on both sides to anchor the Banding into the mortar. Our seam banding is 5” wide.
It is used to create a vapor and waterproof barrier to protect the integrity of building structures from moisture, mold, and decay, and is generally used for tiled surfaces of showers, steam rooms, and wet rooms.
RSS Waterproofing Seam Banding is installed to the change of planes (where the wall meets the floor or where two walls meet to form an edge or corner) in wet areas and where the edges of the membrane meet if they are not overlapped a minimum of two inches. It is also used when two waterproof components meet. Such as an RSS TRC or RSS Tile Ready Bench that meets the surface of an RSS HD Pan or walls.
Tiles can be installed directly onto RSS Waterproofing Seam Banding using a layer of modified or unmodified Thinset.

RSS HD Waterproof Banding

RSS Prefabricated Corners
Product Description
RSS Prefabricated Corners are made from the same polyethylene waterproofing material as our membrane with spun polypropylene anchor webbing on both sides to anchor the corners into the mortar. Our Prefabricated Corners are available in four configurations:
- 90° Inside
- 90° outside
- 135° Inside
- 135° outside
These option meet the requirements of the most commonly occuring corner configuration.
They are used to create a vapor and waterproof barrier to protect the integrity of building structures from moisture, mold, and decay, and is generally used in conjunction with tiled surfaces of showers, steam rooms, and wet rooms.
RSS Prefabricated Corners are installed were three planes come together to form a coner in wet areas. It is also used when two waterproof components meet. Such as an RSS TRC or RSS Tile Ready Bench that meets the surface of an RSS HD Pan or walls. Tiles can be installed directly onto RSS prefabricaded corners using a layer of modified or unmodified mortar.

RSS Decoupling Mat
Product Description
Made in the USA. RSS MAX Decoupleing Mat designed to be installed directly onto subfloors and concrete slab. Installing your floor tile over a RSS Decoupling Mat helps to prevent grout cracking and tile popping. The mat provides a layer of protection from changes in temperature and a shifting structure. If
properly sealed at the seams with RSS Seam Banding it can also be water proof.
Tiles can be installed directly onto RSS Decoupling Mat using a layer of modified or unmodified mortar.

RSS PRO WALLBOARD
Product Description
The RSS WALLBOARD is a waterproof rigid wallboard with a high density foam core and concrete and fiberglass reinforcement on both sides. It is perfect for use inplace of sheetrock inside showers and for walls in wet areas that need waterproofed. When installed with RSS Waterproof Sealant it eliminates the need for paint on or membrane based waterproofing systems.
Once it has been installed you can tile directly on to it. The sheets are available in three sizes: 3X5 | 4X6| 4X8

RSS Pro Wallboard
RSS PRO NICHE
Product Description
The RSS PRO Niche is the ready to rock right out of the box. It offers three prominent design features that make it the perfect choice for every application: A rigid and durable body, 16” flange dimensions for ease attachment to studs, and because it comes out of the box already waterproof, no addition steps are need to waterproof the inside area of the niche. It also features a slight slope to the inside walls to help prevent pooling on the bottom of the niche.
The RSS PRO Niche is available in three stock sizes, or can be built to custom dimensions to meet your design goals.
