Are RSS products and systems waterproof?

YES! We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality and reliable product for our customers. When installed according to our installation instructions both the RSS PRO and RSS HD series systems are completely waterproof.

Can I install RSS products or systems myself?

Absolutely! Our products are DIY-er friendly. There are step-by-step installation instructions for all our products available on the website. There are also high-quality resources online you can find that will walk you through the process.

How long is the warranty?

We offer a 15 year -limited warranty on Both our RSS PRO and RSS HD series systems. This Warranty is only available, however, if you use our entire system. We cannot offer a warranty if you use elements that are not from RSS.

Are RSS pans durable?

yes! Our shower pans offer industry-leading strength and density to handle even the toughest jobs.

Are there any tile-size restrictions when using an RSS pan?

NO! Due to the strength and density of our pans, there are not any restrictions on what size of tile can be installed on to the shower pan.

Can I use RSS Products and systems for a remodel?

yes! Our products are DIY-er friendly and are perfect for remodels because you have the ability to customize the shower pan to perfectly meet your needs.

Are our products Produced in the U.S.A.?

We have two manufacturing and fulfillment centers in the U.S.A. One in Nampa, Idaho where we are based, and another in Sacramento, California.

Questions about shipping and delivery.

Can RSS deliver to my state?

We ship nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How long will it take for my online order to arrive?

A: Once payment has been received we will ship your order within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may depend on the shipping method used and your destinations. If you have questions about your delivery contact our office any time by email at rss.neworders@gmail.com.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

DO NOT SIGN for any delivery that arrives damaged, occasionally they are damaged during shipment. Be sure to document the damaged items/shipment by taking pictures. Please provide these pictures as an attachment to your email. Do not sign for the delivery and contact our office any time by email at rss.neworders@gmail.com

How do I get an estimate?

Complete the estimate form on our website. Be sure to include all materials you will need. When getting an estimate for a custom shower pan, be sure to attach a sketch of the shower pan when prompted. Your estimate form will be reviewed by our team and you will be sent a quote by email in 1-2 business days.

How do I pay for my order?

After you receive your quote via email, contact our office any time by email at rss.neworders@gmail.com to confirm your order. Once you have confirmed the work order with our office, you will be sent a payable link via email.

How do I know my order was received by RSS?

After payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email.

Is there a minimum order size?

NO! Order exactly what you need. However, shipping may affect the cost of any deliveries.
