Made in the USA. RSS MAX Decoupleing Mat designed to be installed directly onto subfloors and concrete slab. Installing your floor tile over a RSS Decoupling Mat helps to prevent grout cracking and tile popping. The mat provides a layer of protection from changes in temperature and a shifting structure. If properly sealed at the seams with RSS Seam Banding it can also be water proof. Tiles can be installed directly onto RSS Decoupling Mat using a layer of modified or unmodified mortar.
